Patty Schnyder stopped her match in Gstaad to do some mid-match parenting.

Patty Schnyder paused to do a spot of mid-match parenting during her defeat to Antonia Lottner.

A tweet posted during the match shows Schnyder gesticulating towards her husband, asking him to cover their daughter’s arms, prior to her opponents serve. Her husband responds and Schnyder gets back to business.

The 38 year-old, ranked 257 in the world, won her first WTA match in five years at Gstaad. However, she was beaten 7-6(0) 2-6 6-3 by the 20 year-old Lottner in just over two hours.
