Find out what has been happening on social media in the tennis world…

OMG Roger Federer went to the #MetGala in New York. It’s one of the biggest events in the celebrity world and EVERYONE was talking about it on social media yesterday, including the 18-time Grand Slam champion…

The world No.4 certainly stood out as he walked the white carpet:

The look blinded Olympic silver medallist Laura Robson:

Federer shared the white carpet with Hollywood star Hugh Jackman – but was most excited to have his glamorous wife Mirka by his side:

And the tweets kept coming…

Fellow Australian Open 2017 champion Serena Williams was there too – and she was radiating with happiness in her first public appearance since announcing her pregnancy:

Back on tour, the clay swing is far from glamorous. Timea Bacsinszky was having trouble keeping her feet:

CoCo Vandeweghe is getting dirty too and working on her sliding skills:

Juan Martin del Potro is having no troubles though, scoring a win in Estoril:

Victoria Azarenka doesn’t have to worry about clay sliding this year, she’s more worried about her side step ahead of her return on hard court in July:

It is not always about tennis for professional players though…

Andrea Petkovic has been putting her writing skills to the test:

Sorana Cirstea went car shopping:

And Jo-Wilfried Tsonga has been busy on a photo shoot:

Drum roll please… lets finish today’s social round-up with some really positive news – Petra Kvitova is back on a tennis court:
