Major champions Venus Williams, Juan Martin del Potro and Garbine Muguruza plus rising star Nick Kyrgios will take part in exhibition matches at Madison Square Garden on 6 March.
The BNP Paribas Showdown will celebrate its 10th anniversary at the iconic New York City venue.
Some match-ups highlighting the evening include 2009 US Open champion del Potro taking on 2014 finalist Kei Nishikori, and seven-time major winner Williams up against reigning Roland Garros champion Muguruza.
Kyrgios, at a career-best ranking of No.13, will play good friend and rising American star Jack Sock.
