In a bid to avoid a repeat of his head banging incident at Wimbledon, Rafael Nadal has adopted a new habit.

Rafael Nadal is clearly a quick learner. The Spaniard famously smacked his head on a Wimbledon door frame as he was preparing for his fourth round match with Gilles Muller.

In response to that, the Spaniard appears to have added a new move to his pre-match routine. As this video from TennisTV shows, the presumptive world No.1 now warily checks for any surrounding impediments before engaging in his customary pre-match bouncing session.

Needless to say, this gives us an excuse to show you this video again, which is one of those clips that just keeps on giving:
