Hot shot! The Pospisil and Brown show

Facing a match point, Canadian Vasek Pospisil came up with a huge backhand to stay alive in the second set of his round one clash against German Dustin Brown in Halle.

Pospisil eventually won the second set in a tiebreak, pushing the match into a deciding set.

A tense final set followed, with neither player facing a break point on serve to sending the match into a deciding tiebreak.

A determined Brown soon earned another match point, this time hitting a diving winner from another Pospisil passing attempt to create a hot shot of his own…

Brown eventually won the highly-entertaining match 6-1 6-7(3) 7-6(4).
