The clay season officially started on the ATP World Tour and WTA Tour this week, which means more grinding rallies and the odd strange bounce.
As the players adapt to the new surface, several high-profile names are also adapting to new coaching set-ups.
American No.1 John Isner announced this week he was parting ways with coach Justin Gimelstob.
The pair have worked together for more than a year, helping the 30-year-old record his best year-end rank of No.11 in 2015.
Gimelstob cited personal challenges as the reason for the decision and wished his former charge well.
“I’m very proud of what John has accomplished and I wish him the best moving forward,” Gimelstob wrote on his website.
It's been an amazing experience coaching @JohnIsner the last year & a half. I'm going 2 miss being part of his team. https://t.co/Y1SURgq74v

Isner responded: “I will always be thankful for Justin’s guidance and unmatched knowledge and enthusiasm for the game. I know we will remain close friends.”
Isner is competing in Houston this week – where he has been spotted working with another former American pro in Mardy Fish.

Canadian Eugenie Bouchard turned heads when she arrived with former coach Nick Saviano in Charleston this week.
The pair ended their coaching partnership at the end of Bouchard’s breakout season in 2014.
The world No.46 has been working with Thomas Hogstedt, but she has not confirmed whether that partnership is over or not.

Meanwhile the coaching partnership between former world No.1 Mats Wilander and rising American star Madison Keys was short-lived.
The pair worked together during March.
Madison Keys’ agent confirms she is no longer working with Mats Wilander. The two worked together for a few weeks, wasn’t the right fit.
