Roger Federer has topped a list of the most valuable athlete brands in the world. The 17-time Grand Slam champion has a brand value of $37 million per year, $3 million more than second place NBA star LeBron James.

The list, compiled by Forbes magazine, determined athlete values as “the amount by which endorsement income exceeds the average endorsement income earned by the top 10 earning athletes in the same sport during the past year.”

Federer was the only tennis player to make it into the Top 10, with LeBron James second ($34 million), Phil Mickelson third ($28 million), Usain Bolt fourth ($25 million), and Tiger Woods fifth ($23 million).

A month ago, Federer came in fourth on the Forbes’ athlete endorsement list.

Nike topped the Sports Business category ($27 billion), the New York Yankees has the world’s most valuable sports team brand ($660 million) and the Super Bowl was rated the world’s most valuable sporting event ($630 million).
